Paid services, platform access, implementation work, and client engagements are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, order form, or other written agreement. If a client agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

Unless a separate written agreement requires another dispute process, disputes concerning public website use will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction serving Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
